Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via the UPS delivery method you select at checkout. Shipping Transit Times and Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Shipping Transit Times are estimates and we are not responsible for shipments not being received at their exact date.

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU ADD 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO ORDERS SHIPPED DURING HIGH VOLUME SEASONS AND DURING MONTHS WHERE SEVERE WEATHER MAY AFFECT DELIVERY SCHEDULES.

Joann’s Foods is located in the metro Atlanta area. All orders are shipped from this location via UPS. We offer a full range of shipping options including Standard Ground, Three-Day, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight delivery. For Saturday delivery or for questions and help with international deliveries, deliveries outside the continental US (including Hawaii or Alaska), or for APO and FPO shipments, please contact Customer Service at 404-272-1441.
 

How will my order ship?

OUR STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD IS GROUND UNLESS OTHERWISE SELECTED OR REQUESTED.

Please note that UPS cannot ship to a PO Box and requires a physical street address. To ensure delivery, please be certain to include company name, suite and apartment numbers where appropriate. Unless you specify that a signature is required, the package will be left at the driver’s discretion.

When will my order ship?

Orders received by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. The ship to location determines when your package will be delivered. Please refer to the UPS zone map below for specific delivery information. (Please note that UPS does not guarantee shipping days.)
